The Human Race  May 7, 2011  and October 8, 2011 (at the St. John's Towncenter) Title  Sponsor: Lexus of Jacksonville   at the Freedom Commerce Park.   There will be a 5k Run starting at 8:00 a.m., followed by the 5k Walk.        All non profit organizations are invited to participate and raise money for their organizations.        To participate in the event, entry forms can be obtained at 1st Place Sports or their web site, www.1stplacesports.com. Cost to participate will be $17 up to one week before, $ 20 up to 3 days before and $ 25 day of race. 1 Mile walk is $ 12 any time.   The RITA Foundation has partnered with Hands On Jacksonville   www.handsonjacksonville.org and renamed the Caring And Sharing Hope  (CASH) 5 K walk/ run event as "The Human Race". The fund raising format continues to provide all non profit organizations the opportunity to participate in the event and raise money for their programs.    All funds solicited by your team members goes directly to your agency. Contact Hands on Jacksonville at 332-6767 or www.handsonjacksonville.org for more details or to schedule attending a workshop to develop your fund raising plan.   www.volunteerjacksonville.org
